Anna Minde is a traditional ketch with home port at Fredrikstad
Museum's port in Fredrikstad. For many years the ship have received
cultural support from Fredrikstad Kommune and over the years she has
been widely used in both youth- and cultural work. Anna Minde also
takes part in the Viken Coast Culture Centre and have membership
in Norwegian Sail Training Association, NSTA.
During springtime 2010 Anna Minde will expand her operations.
We invite groups of people up to 25 persons on one day’s raid onboard the ship as paying crew.
Each paying crewmember will be given adapted assignments under the
direction and supervision of the ship's instructors.
There is no need to be able yachtsmen to participate as we do not set
the level of ambition higher than the level of the crew ability.
We place emphasis on safety and well-being on board, and our goal is
that all paying crew members have a great experience onboard and that
they bring some cultural ballast when they go ashore.
The ship also offers 12 berths in a real maritime environment for accommodation on board.
